  • CANCELLATION OF RESERVES ( OFF SEASON - APRIL TILL NOVEMBER ).

  • In cancellation case, the value deposited in the confirmation of the reserve will not be returned in money, but yes in credit for lodging. Up to 05 (five) days previous of the date of the lodging, the guest will have the credit (lodging) in the anticipated integral value, since that choose a new date in the act of the cancellation. Less than 05 (five) days previous of the date of lodging, the customer will not have right to the credit (lodging). All hanging credit will have to be used up to 90 (ninety) days counted of the date of the cancellation of the reserve.

  • CANCELLATION OF RESERVES ( HIGH SEASON - DECEMBER TILL MARCH ).

  • In cancellation case, the value deposited in the confirmation of the reserve will not be returned in money, but yes in credit for lodging. Up to 15 (fifteen) days previous of the date of lodging, the customer will have the credit (lodging) in the anticipated integral value, since that choose a new date in the act of the cancellation. Less than 15 (fifteen) days previous of the date of lodging, the customer will not have right to the credit (lodging). All hanging credit will have to be used up to 90 (ninety) days counted of the date of the cancellation of the reserve.

  • PARTIAL DESISTANCE AT ANY TIME.

  • Having partial desistance of the contracted days and being the customer inside of the B&B, will not be returned any difference of the previously paid value, either in money or credit for lodging. If there is outstanding balance of the contracted package, the customer will have to pay it off in the check out. We aim at, with this, to keep our standard of service quality.
